Classic

The CLASSIC netting is the most commonly used elastic netting for roasting, boiling or smoking cold meat. All CLASSIC nettings  are made of rubber threads and polyester yarn which meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Health on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.

A relevant declaration of conformity can be provided upon the sale of the CLASSIC netting. To help this netting retain its properties, it should be stored in a dry, airy place, at temperatures from 4 ° C to 25 ° C, for the period up to 36 months. Thermal resistance of the CLASSIC netting for the purpose of boiling is 120 ° C, while in the case of roasting, the netting has a reinforced rubber braid, thanks to which its thermal resistance is 240 ° C.

 

 

Packaging cold meat products, which are raw, boiled, roasted or smoked as one piece of meat as well as packaging smoked cheese. Since the CLASSIC netting slightly squeezes a product wrapped in it, it is recommended for the production of goods made of delicate meat such as poultry, fish and cheese. It is possible to use a cellulose film together with the CLASSIC netting, thanks to which the final product acquires a better taste and appearance.

Yarn – the basic colors of the yarn are white and red. On special request it is possible to produce a netting with black, yellow, orange, green, blue, maroon, or brown yarn. 

Rubber  – the basic colors of the rubber braid are white and red. On special request it is possible to produce a netting with the  rubber whose  braid can be black, yellow, orange, green, blue, maroon, or brown.

To differentiate the products (e.g. shoulder ham or leg ham), or for a more complete display of your products, we can produce the CLASSIC netting with a stripe in red, black, yellow, orange, green, blue, maroon, brown or the color of the rainbow.

The CLASSIC netting  is available in rolls having a beam length of 50 meters (measured electronically). Each netting is packed in a polybag and has a label, which specifies the type, size of the netting and the production date. The rolls are placed in the bulk container (polypropylene bag), which has a label with information about the netting type and number of rolls in a container. Depending on the diameter of the netting, the bag holds from 15 to 30 rolls.

On Customer’s request we can also pack the rolls into cartons. However, in the case of large orders, bags or cartons are palletized. There is also the possibility of packaging the netting in bulk to cartons, in the quantities of 250 meters, 1000 meters and 1500 meters of the netting. This is  the so-called bulk netting that is used in mass production of cold meat. The advantage of a bulk netting is a small amount of waste products.
