BIG NET

The BIG-NET netting is an elastic decorative netting with big meshes. In the packing process it replaces the manual or mechanical tying of the product, thus saving time and increasing work efficiency. Thanks to the use of the BIG-NET netting, the products gain very similar shape and traditional appearance.

The BIG-NET netting should be stored for no longer than 36 months, in a dry and airy place and appropriate temperature ranging from 4°C to 25°C so as to preserve its qualities. Thermal resistance of the BIG-NET netting is 240 ° C for boiling and roasting. In order to produce the BIG-NET netting such raw materials as polyester yarn and rubber threads are used. They have appropriate certificates and comply with the requirements of the regulation concerning the materials approved for contact with food.

Packing raw, boiled, roasted or smoked cold meat products. It is widely used in roasting and boiling hams, sirloin, or smoked meat. The BIG-NET netting can be used simultaneously with the cellulose film, thanks to which the final product acquires better taste and appearance.

Yarn – the main yarn colors are white and red. However, on special request we can produce the BIG-NET netting in a different color, for example, black, yellow, orange, green, blue, maroon or brown.

Rubber – the rubber used in the production of the BIG-NET netting can be found in many colors, such as white, black, yellow, orange, green, blue, maroon or brown. However, the most popular colors are white and red.

*The provided sizes apply to the netting in the state of its maximum stretch
(the netting can be placed on the applicator with a diameter  not larger than the specified diameter of the netting)

The BIG-NET netting can be found in rolls with a beam of 50 meters in length (electronically measured). The rolls are packed in plastic bags and labeled. The labels contain such information as the type and size of the netting as well as its production date. The rolls are packed into a bulk container, that is a carton or polypropylene bag which can hold from 10 to 15 rolls depending on the diameter of the BIG-NET netting.

Cartons and bags can be palletized for large orders. There is also the possibility of packaging the netting in bulk to a carton. This is the so-called bulk netting, which is packed in the quantities of 250 meters, 1000 meters or 1500 meters. This type of netting is used for mass production.
